Beginner & Advanced

  • As you progress in ranks, you will learn more and more kung fu animal styles, until you find the one that suits you. Our style is unique because it adapts to your disposition and body type.

Classes consist of learning how to fall, kicking, punching, striking, stretching, self defense techniques, and games specifically tailored to younger students.

Classes consist of learning how to fall, kicking, punching, striking, stretching, self defense techniques, cardio drills, and form work.

6:30pm-7:30pm

Beginner through
Advanced (Adults ages 13+)

Tuesdays & Thursdays

Sparring, which consists of controlled practice of techniques, learned from forms and self-defense reaction drills in previous classes.

7:30pm-8:00pm
